Mid Western Lifts currently provide preventative maintenance cover and a 24 hour breakdown service to over 1,700 clients encompassing over 4,000 lifts, escalators and passenger conveyors throughout Ireland, Scotland and the U.K. manufactured by a broad range of suppliers

Our GPS monitoring gives precise locations of all our technicians so we can provide the most effective response to emergency calls. All our engineers carry a full range of frequently required spare parts minimizing the need for return visits. Experienced repair crews are at our disposal where major repairs are required, so as not to effect our response times to emergency call-outs.
Lift industry specific, custom designed software encompassing digital pen and paper, (designed and implemented by our in house IT department), has allowed us to develop and benefit from our significant knowledgebase of all units on our maintenance portfolio. Details such as recent fault history, operational manuals, and spare parts inventory are all immediately available for supervisors and engineers as required. This ensures a speedy resolution to problems encountered.
